There are no prerequisites for participating in the Open Programs. The training sessions were designed with the challenges faced by executives and project managers in mind, but they are also aimed at ambitious individuals without formal leadership experience – especially those who wish to expand their skills in specific areas.
Participation is open to everyone. However, the programs were designed specifically for experienced executives, senior managers, executive leaders, members of top management, as well as managing directors, emerging leaders, and young leaders who wish to further develop their impact in a targeted manner.
For each of our training courses, you will receive a certificate of attendance as well as a digital certificate to display on LinkedIn.
As part of our St.Gallen's Multi-Module Programs, you have the opportunity to combine different courses, allowing you to benefit not only from a discount but also from earning a St.Gallen certificate or diploma.
The Open Programs offered by our Business School in St.Gallen are public continuing education courses open to individuals, delivered in the form of seminars, one-day workshops, or multi-module programs designed to develop professional competencies.
